Hi myself Jitu Sarmah from Jorhat studying engineering at RGIPT,Sivasagar.I have wrote a short articles about our Institution.Hope all of you read and share it.     Rajiv Gandhi Institute of Petroleum Technology ( RGIPT ),Sivasagar,India. Introduction:- The ministry of petroleum and Natural gas Government of India founded the institution through an Act of parliament(Rajiv Gandhi Institution of Petroleum Technology Act 2007 ).RGIPT is linked with six oil field sectors (ONGC ,IOCL,OIL,GAIL,BPCL and HPCL) in association with the Oil Industry Development Board (OIDB).The campus is under constructing progress across 100 acres on Palashani,Dhai Ali towards Dorika Motihari Road is expected to be completed by year 2020.Complete offer  programmes of education and training of skilled technical manpower at 3-Year diploma  course.
